Can I inquire about a product before buying?
Absolutely! Simply click the “Inquire via Messenger” button on any product page and our team will get back to you right away. You can also reach us directly through our Facebook page.
How do I know if a product is available in stock?
Each product page has a stock availability indicator that shows whether an item is in stock. You may also message us directly on our Facebook page and we will be happy to check availability for you.
Can I reserve a product online?
Yes! You can reserve a product by messaging us directly on our Facebook page. Our team will assist you with the reservation and guide you through the next steps.

Yes, definitely! You can pay in store when you pick up your order.
Products & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
How do I claim warranty for a defective product?
Simply bring the defective product along with your official sales invoice to the branch where it was purchased. Our staff will walk you through the warranty assessment and processing. We recommend keeping your invoice safe as it is required for all warranty claims.
Are your products brand new and original?
Yes, absolutely! All products sold at OrmocNet are brand new and sourced exclusively from authorized distributors and suppliers, so you can shop with confidence.
Do you sell spare parts and accessories?
Which brands are you an authorized service center for?
We are a proud authorized service center for HP, Lenovo, Brother, and MSI in Ormoc City. This means you can trust us to handle repairs and service for these brands with certified expertise.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for products that are verified to be defective, subject to our return and warranty guidelines. We encourage all customers to inspect their purchase upon receipt and to reach out to us right away if there are any concerns.
How many days do I have to return a product?
Defective products may be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. We recommend keeping your official sales invoice as it is required when filing a return or exchange request.
Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?
We understand that situations can change, however exchanges are only allowed for products that are verified to be defective and meet our return policy requirements. If you have concerns about a product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team and we will do our best to assist you.
What items are non-returnable?
All products are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are verified to be defective. If you believe your item has a defect, please visit the branch where it was purchased within 7 days and bring your official sales invoice so our team can assist you.

What are your store hours?
Our branches are open at the following schedules:
Robinsons Ormoc — Monday to Sunday, 10:00AM to 9:00PM
Baybay — Monday to Sunday, 8:30AM to 6:30PM
Sogod — Monday to Sunday, 8:30AM to 7:00PM
Maasin — Monday to Sunday, 8:30AM to 8:00PM
Ialodge — Monday to Saturday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Cogon — Monday to Saturday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Do you offer repair and technical support services?
Yes! We offer a comprehensive range of repair and technical support services, including computer and laptop repairs, hardware upgrades, software installation and maintenance, CCTV installation, and networking services.
