Exchange will be accepted only within three (3) days from date of purchase.
Item for exchange must be supported by a Proof of Purchase (Invoice of Ormocnet). No Invoice, No Warranty.
The item for exchange shall be valued at its original purchase price.
The customer may exchange the purchased goods with another item of the same value (selling price) or higher value. In the event that the customer may want a higher value item, he/she must pay the additional amount. Customers are not allowed to have returned items exchanged for lower value items.
NO Cash Refund will be given.
Item for exchange shall be honored only if it comes with its complete box, manual, CD, accessories, and in good condition. All consumable (ink cartridge, toner, etc.) that have been opened shall not be accepted. All Software (OEM and licenses) are not accepted for exchange.
Customers will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
If the item is either faulty or damaged or if the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly replace the item free of delivery charges.
New cash invoice/receipt or new official receipt will not be issued for the exchanged item/s. Instead, a note will be written on the original invoice that the first item has been replaced with a new one/s.
Ormocnet reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when deemed necessary.
